I have nearly 25 years of experience in sports and several years of experience as a personal trainer. When I was 7-8 years old, I noticed that during the training everyone completes the assigned tasks and then goes home! I always stayed and practiced and improved myself! I always strived for the maximum then and now.
With my professional experience and help, you can reach your goal in a shorter time, as I constantly monitor your training, teach you how to learn new forms of movement and how to perform them correctly.
I help you stay motivated and get the most out of yourself.
I consider it important that I do not work based on general training plans, rather I consider personalized training to be more effective; within the framework of an inspiring workout, you will feel that exercise is not mandatory, but rather relaxing and rich in feelings of success!

Bodybuilding has been my passion since I was 16 years old. In the past 20 years, I have trained with many famous trainers and professional bodybuilders, so I have accumulated a lot of experience in the field of bodybuilding.
I obtained my personal trainer qualification in 2008 at the Fitness Company, and since then I have conscientiously and happily helped my guests lose weight, build muscle and prepare for competitions. As a coach, it is important to me that the training sessions are spent in a good atmosphere, however, I never lose sight of the set goals :).

Before that, I played handball and soccer for 9 years, but in the end bodybuilding became my real love – wellness fitness, healthy lifestyle and the joys and sacrifices that come with it. Since I constantly experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and exercise in my guests and myself, I would like to be able to help everyone who wants to change their lifestyle with my knowledge and encouragement.
I believe and know that it is easier together, and what I can promise is a new, self-confident, healthy life. You just have to set one or even more goals, after that I will be at your service!

My life has been accompanied by sports since I was a child. I played handball at the NB I level for 16 years, and I also did athletics and running, and later I started to feel at home in group classes and in the gym. Movement is my essence, it is the perfect therapy for me. I want to pass on this kind of momentum and joy of movement to you.
With two small children, I know how difficult it is to find time for exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Our workouts are put together according to your goals, trying to make sure that you don’t feel forced and stressed, but come to the gym with joy.
I will be there all the time and hold your hand, I will motivate you and if necessary I will pour my soul into you. Whether it’s weight loss, body shaping or muscle building, I’ll provide you with nutritional advice in addition to your workouts to help you change.

Where did I start from?
At the age of 17, I was introduced to regular exercise and the concept of sport itself. As an overweight teenager, I didn’t have much self-confidence, and I got into weight training through the influence of my friends. Training later became love and passion. I managed to achieve a significant change in a short time, which encouraged me to become better and better than my current form. In 2010, at the age of 20, I entered the world of competition as a bodybuilder. And in 2020, I managed to achieve “professional status” at the most prestigious bodybuilding association. You could say that this title was the crowning glory of my career. Unfortunately, as a result of an unexpected illness, I retired from racing, but I invest my strength and energy in coaching and preparing others for competition.
I have been involved in personal training since 2012. During this time, I managed to show a lot of people the beauty of this sport, by reaching their own best form.

With each of my guests, we make our joint work more precise with a personalized training plan and diet. I also help prepare contestants and perfect their stage presentation.

I have been involved in competitive bodybuilding for more than 30 years. I started my sports career at the age of 6 with kayaking, and after 10 years of competitive water sports, I committed myself forever to bodybuilding. In my competitive past, I won several national junior, adult and masters championship titles. I have been working as a personal trainer for more than 20 years, during which time I obtained a coaching qualification at the International Wellness Institute.
In addition to individualized physical training, I also provide assistance in the implementation of health-preserving conscious nutrition. Let’s meet at Next Level Fitness, in this beautiful and demanding environment, where it is an experience to train and exercise on the professionally equipped machine park!

I have been playing sports since I was a child; I played soccer when I was at school, then I turned to bodybuilding at the age of 14. I have been working as a gym and personal trainer for 25 years, I have taught cross fit classes and free body training, but I really feel at home in the gym, among the exercise machines.
I don’t have side conversations, excuses, unnecessary dusting; professional attitude, careful and personalized training and nutritional advice, however.
Just like my guests who are complete beginners, who are on the verge of a lifestyle change, I also support those who are preparing for the competition in their goals with the same attention and dedication. I teach the basic principles of training and eating for weight gain, consumption, strength gain, and body shaping.
